Why I do this work
Turning 65 should feel like a milestone, not a maze. Yet most people's first taste of Medicare is a mailbox full of glossy ads and a stack of government notices. I started helping clients in Pahoa because I saw how often good people ended up in the wrong plan — one their doctor didn't accept, or one that looked cheap until the first hospital bill.
